Why Should You Drink Water?
When you truely understand what you are made of, you will know whithout question or doubt why you should drink water.

You are approximately 70 percent water. When you were an embryo, your were closer to the balance of being 100 persent water. As you grow older, you start to become closer to 50 percent water.
Why should you drink water? Well, the higher percentage you are for starter is the closer you are to youth. It is possible to maintain a high level of water hydration. But you will need a few water facts to ensure that you are hydrated with the correct
water.
If you are drinking water with the correct pH Level, the correct balance of minerals and essential trace elements, then you are doing the best that you could possibly do for yourself. Let's take up each of these components one at a time.
Before we go there, let's just observe the basic quality of water. It has been said that water is the universal solvent. This is true for many, many substances and unfortunately for many toxic substances.
We have been given many various quantities of what we should be trinking each day. Two litres of water a day, Eight Glasses of Water, Three Pints. This is all good, but varies so greatly from body size to body size, environment to environment, food diet and a zillion other factors from excercise, sport preference or inactivity.
You and only you know how much water you need to drink daily and on the different seasons of the year. Drink until your thirst is quenched and continue to drink water as much as you can without making yourself uncomfortable. But as above, water is not water. A cup of tea is water with tea disolved all through it as well as milk and suger depending on your preference. A cup of tea is great, but with these additives you body now has work cut out for it to separate the water that it needs for hydration purposes.
Also, what is the water source used for the cup of tea that you are drinking. Is it tap water that has obviously been boiled for you lovely cup of tea? Tap water with chlorine, flourine and what ever other additives that you water board have added for your "health". as well as what ever metals have now been added to the water from the boiler. Just this cup of tea itself is as toxic as it is toxic. Only a water analysis will prove up what it is you are really drinking.
What about our georgeous kids that are filling themselves with soft drinks day in and day out. Coca Cola is just water that has been filled with mass amounts of sugar as well as the Coca Cola secret ingedient. Again, I have not seen advertised by Coke that they use filtered water for their manufacture process.
I can and will go on about various water toxins that are poisoning us and our children's bodies. But this you will find on my safe contaminated drinking water pages. This is what you need to do for yourself in a simple fast summary.
Why should you drink water? Here it is:
Ensure that your drinking water is mineralized with the correct balance of essential minerals and trace elements. With this correct balance, close to the natural make up of bone structure in fact, you are guaranteed the correct pH level. That is a slightly alkaline with a pH level close to Nine.
You need the correct water filtration equipment and the necessary mineral, trace element additives. You can also import or pure highly mineralised water from you favourite unpoluted mountain spring. Just ensure that the levels are what is promised on the label.
