Weight Loss Water!

This is a weight loss water challenge that I put up to my wife. I love to eat healthily as well as drinking lots of healthy water. But my exercise regime has become almost zero of recent and my wife enjoys giving be friendly little reminders more often that not recently.

I have decided to take on a weight loss rundown, that I have named it, and will place progress up on a monthly basis putting my money where my mouth is. I am also using what has been claimed as "Weight Loss Water". I will reveal every detail about this product except for the brand of what it is.

At the end of month three, I will reveal the branded name whether or not I make te grade. So it really is time to put my money where my mouth is.

Not looking to shaby I thought. That was until I looked at these two shots. I sure had better get busy.

Alright, they are climing this stuff to be weight loss water. I makes send and some of the success stories are very impressive. But I am still going to hold the line of releasing the name of this what is claiming to be "Amazing Water Restructuring System" until the 17th November 2008.

I will give you monthly progress reports though. I will also keep you informed as to the exercise program that I will be using for this get in shape program. I will consist of some walking, floor work, boxing exercise and laps in the pool as I should be able to make it once a week for laps.
