Water Dehydration!

Water dehydration can and does occur. Hydration is not just the drinking of H2O. More importantly, or in fact vitally, our drinking water must have the essential minerals and trace element to prevent dehydration.

Sure! having a drink of pure cool water is very refreshing and will cool the body, but afterwards you will still feel thirsty. And no matter how much you drink, unless you are also getting these essential minerals and trace elements which we call electrolytes, you will be suffering from what is known as water dehydration.

This goes a lot deeper with our every day lives. Millions of children, teenagers and adults are so wrongly being disdiagnosed with invented "diseases" such as ADHD and BiPolar and what ever else the largest drug pushing organisation in the world is able to come up with. What is really happening here? Well! with our fast food world and with fruits and vegetable grown in fast growth environments, the essential minerals are deficient in our diets. You can make as good a guess as any medical expert and saying that you are mineral deficient. Or your loved child is just mineral deficient.

It is incredible to see the change in mood and vitality in a child when the essential mineral balance of their growing bodies is bought up to normal. I recently met an incredible man who toured down here in Australia by the name of Tommy Webber. Tommy has been a Nutritional Advisor, Holistic Reasearcher, Life Coach, Child Health Advocate and educator of natural health alternaltives for more that thirty years.

Tommy told us many beautiful stores of children and people getting well. Eighty year old women that are living like wild teenagers and miracles of children being saved by misdiagosis and the threat of a life of being mislabelled and placed on mind altering medication. All of the above were all suffering from water dehydration. Or in other words mineral deficiency.

What a tragedy it would be to have you child placed on ADHD Medicatio just because they were mineral deficient. That's right, water dehydration and the lack on minerals in our food will cause you to feel a little and perhaps very psychotic. When you are correctly hydrated, it is quite amusing on a hot day to observe these symptoms in others. Seeig others aroud you beig very irritable by the excessive hat and i general acting quite crazy. When you yourself are enjoying the warm weather and feel very alm and relaxed.

It is even a greater peace of mind to see your children and loved ones also correctly hydrated and not suffering from the symptoms of water dehydration.
