Water and Dehydration!

Both water and dehydration go hand in hand, but there actually is not a finite guarantee that hydration will be acheived with water alone. Both water and hydration are a vital necessity of survival, every day health and in fact mental health. But with pure water alone it is very easy to become mineral deficient and with that dehydration comes about no matter how much water you are drinking.

Our Drinking Water

Water and dehydration are just a little bit dependant on some other key ingredients.

Let's start with water all by itself. Pure H2O. Water has been well known as the universal solvent and for the trillion different purposes that we use our water for, it really does live up to this name. We use it to dissolve all types of toxic substances like fertilizers and pesticides as well as those lovely cool liquid sugar cordials we mix up for our children.

But by itself, water could be considered to be a wonderful cooling and transportation medium that does not in fact really do anything at all other than cool and transport other meterials in the form of solution. But for some incredible reason, water seems to have an ability to assimilate life and the emotion emanated from life.

As photographed, water has has been seen to have an amazing change in its characteristic when exposed to various moods and environments. A wonderful example is that of water being exposed to heavy metal music and afterwards forming incredibly distorted shapes on crystalisation. But then the same water being exposed to lovely classical music and the to be able to form incredible and lovely symetrical crystal forms. Then to have the same water exposed to just written words placed on the side of a bottle and the same results being acheived with "peace" bringing about lovely crystals and "war" again creating ugly and distorted forms.

With our bodies being about 70% water, it sure does explain the way that we feel when exposed to similar types of environments. Or even more so, it explains why you feel so yuck around certain types of people that really are putting out bad vibrations without even saying a word.

Imagine water and dehydration for one has more involved that meets the eye. Imagine that such a large volume of your body is being effected in such a way. Sure explains the long lasting feeling that stays long after you have been with a good friend.

OK! So back to water and dehydration. Water is an amazing transportation agent. So what we want it to transport for us in our drinking water is those essential minerals and trace element that our body vitally needs to ensure correct hydration. These are what we call electolytes and are what allow the communication system in our bodies to work smoothly and effectively.

These electrolytes allow the tiny electrical commands eminating from us through our minds and telly our bodies what to do. When they are not present or are deficient, then those communications have trouble arriving at the other end. Our "poor old tired bodies" just don't feel to enthusiastic to respond. Well! Your poor old body is just probably mineral deficient and that is the true relationship of water and dehydration.

So how do I ensure that my water is correctly structured and contains these essential minerals and trace elements? You have to be able to source the exact correct balance that is matching to the natural needs of our bodies. How can I possible acheive this? There is a natural source available and it is very easy as well as being more cost effective than bottled water from the corner store.
