Lord of Water II - Chapter 13 The First Look
It would be so easy if we could just drop all 19 of them and somehow shoot the monitor out of the sky. Just drop them all down and smash them to peaces, killing the monitor and all 19 operators.
There will also be some operations crew, but the vampire riggs run on a very light crew. I suppose we could call them mining vessels, but they are just a parasitical force that snuck in through one of the black holes. “So why don’t we just kill them all Shame?” suggested Gary. We could, but the last thing we need is a short term solution. “What do you mean Shane?” Well, as you already know, these black forces are spiritual beings non the less. But they are in such a sad and evil state, that the last thing we want is to have them handing around in that condition and integrating into our civilisation being reborn into our race. It may have been a victory taking them down, but within 20 years or so, these twisted beings will turn up and their intention to rape this water planet will not have changed. They may not know why they are doing what they are doing, so I never underestimate how much damage can be caused by very few. Blue-3 certainly taught be that lesson. “So the Weaper is the only way?” The Weaper is the only way Gary. We do have to free them all. It is the only way to secure a future and another 1 million years of purity and prosperity for this water planet. So I have to go in for a look. “Understood” Said Gary. Gary can just read my mind. He and Hi-Sun took us in close enough to be out of the glow of the first rigg I had chosen to explore. As I dived from the top of the bow, my main portal lifted from the water and pierced back in again right there for me to hold onto and accelerate through the water. Our other companions schooled in on either side and we harpooned through the ocean to the rigg I first wanted to take a closer look at. As we approached, the glow of the rigg luminated the water more and more. We dove deeper top be less visible and six of the other portals dispursed in various directions to remove the appearance of an approaching attack. There were plenty of other ocean inhabitants sharing the water with us. I felt relaxed and know there would be no reason that we would raise attention. I could now perceive the three pronged magnetic stool supporting the rigg so evenly above the water, taking great care to keep my portals from the disturbing field that it radiates outwards from each of the three. We thrusted up piercing through the surface, sailing high and lightly right to the disposal deck. I stepped to the side still holding a guiding hand on the left dorsal fin of my main man. I could not have stepped more gently onto the platform as my portal whale smoothly dropped back to the ocean below and slide back in under its surface. It had been quite a few life times since I had seet foot one one of these lower decks. But the black steely smell and feel of death was oh so familiar once again. Why the black hole portals allow such machines to pass through never ceases to amaze me. Black holes such a disgusting one way flow vacuum, But I suppose that it gives us a game. Lord of Water find himself yet again standing alone on an all too familiar platform. They are all built the same and for one purpose. To such every last drop of water from any water planet that it can rest its feet on and steel it back home to its own black universe. What will he find inside?
