How Much Water to Drink!

How much water to drink before during and after any activity really does depend on so many variables, that anyone claiming to have a formula to match your body size, weight, etc, really are taking you for a ride.

The stable datum you need to get right from the start is that how much water to drink each day is completely dependant on two things. 1. How much water do you feel like drinking? and 2. What type of water are you drinking.

What? What type of water? Water is Water Right! Well, if we were all going to stink perfectly distilled water, yes! Water is Water. But distilled water is actually the last thing that you need to be drinking if you are going for hydration of the body. Distilled water does nothing more than to flush out and cool our internal system. But this is not what our bodies are screaming for.

So what type of water should I be drinking then? And how much water to drink?

Ok! Ok! I will answer these two questions in full.

Water in its natural state on many locations around this planet will fall high above and onto the mountain tops. From there it will start its journey through the natural filtration system of the rock mountain tops and down into the gully rapids, making its way to the larger water ways. Along this journey, our water will collect the many minerals and essential trace elements that our bodies vitally need to function healthily.

yes calcium and magnesium amoungst many do come from the rocks of the earth. They are not some chemical additive from a vitamin company.

The problem being that with around about six billsion people on this planet and all of us trying to receive the water weekly needs for our every day living requirements, let alone

Ok! Back to the subject. How do I ensure or how do I get ahold of high quality mineral water?

You actually can manufacture this quite easily yourself. I do and I will show you how.
