Drinking Water Dehydration!

You may think that with drinking water dehydration is something that will not occur. But actually water is only one part of dehydration. The essential minerals and trace elements in water is what prevents dehydration. You may have heard of these little invisible particles called electrolytes! Well these little particles, or essential minerals and trace elements, is why when dehydration drinking water can still occur. We need them.

So how is it possible to get drinking water dehydration you may ask?

The purpose of this article is to bring you the basic knowledge that you will need to gain correct hydration. Drinking water dehydration can and does occur. Our bodies are designed to run a carbon oxygen machine that is also highly dependable on the easy and effective flow of electricity though our internal communication system. It is the electrolytes in our internal fluid system that allow the electrical command driven through our nervous system that allows the fast easy response of the muscles and other motor parts of our bodies. Drinking water dehydration inhibits this from occuring as it should.

I am sure you can imagine what it might be like to have one of the nerve channels cut, say to a part of our body like a leg, and when we give the command for the leg to move, it just doesn't receive any signal. This is a similar effect that is happening when we allow ourselves to become dehydrated. The essential electrolytes that our nerve channels need to function properly are deficient and the electrical flow is inhibited by this lack of conductivity.

I hope that you are starting to see the connection here of what we call drinking water dehydration. It is not just a drink of water that prevents dehyration. It is very dependant on what is contained in our drinking water that prevents deydration from occuring.

If we take pure distilled water for example. Surely the benefit of drinking this clear pure fluid must be the exact thing that our body is trying to quench its thirst with. Well, actually distilled water is firstly at a pH level below that of what the body must remain at to stay alive. If the human body were to drop down to a pH of 7, it would drop dead on the spot. But don't fear, as the pH of the water we drink does become converted to a safe level by our digestive system before it enters our blood stream.

But this makes a point right there. Even pure distilled water has to be converted to a slighly higher pH level by the body in order for it to be able to function as part of our internal system. This takes energy for the body to do so. And therefore is not in the most digestible form for this reason.

Our body actually has a lovely pH balance between about 7.3 an 7.4. Slightly alkaline. If it were to fall outside of this range it would probably be time for the casualty ward or may not even make it there on time. So drinking water dehyration can also be caused my pure distilled water. It definitely will cool your insides and make you not so thirsty, but over a long period of time you body will start to crave for the essential minerals and trace elements that we call electrolytes.

These minerals do also have other functions vital to the structure of our bodies like calcuim for strong joints and bones and magnesium for good muscle and nerve function. So there is also these benefits that come from a good balanced mineral water and prevent drinking water dehydration .

It really does sound crazy to place dehydration and water together. The symptoms of this firstly is just feeling a bit crazy. You are trying to tell your body what to do and it just doesn't react in the way that it should be. Cramping is another symptom that is easy to identify. Especially if you are very active sports wise. After a big workout, distilled water, tap water or the like will just leave you with a swilling tummy and a head that is spinning.

Dehyration of this like can also lead to symptoms of what might be mistaken for depression or some other such false disease. You are not mentally ill, you are just dehydrated. Your brain functions are also highly and probably more dependant upon correct hydration. How can you expect a mind to function properly when you have a brain that is incorrectly fuelled and deficient in these essential minerals and trace elements. That's right! When your mind is unable to communicate to your body and the universe around you due to a dehydrated brain and body, of course you are going to feel a little or very crazy. This is the effect of drinking water dehydration.

There are some great sources of mineral waters available that are free from toxins and heavy metals. Or if you are unable to source them, it is actually quite easy to make your own. I prefer to do so as I know then that I am firstly getting pure water and that it is structured, or has been restructured, in the correct way. It is called The ultimate Drinking Water!.
