Drinking enough water facts!
We have gone through a whole evolution of drinking trends with Coka Cola still holding what seems to be
an immortal place on the shelves of most shop refrigerators. These drinking enough water facts have shown
a full circle in drinking trends and a whole new awareness for the qualities of water.

The foundation of the water facts and also the importance of drinking enough is that the body is built
up of water. A normal grown body is 70% water and to think that filling our body with all types of solutions
could be what your body needs for healthy function is absurd as think that filling the petrol tank of a
car with water is what is need to flush out your engine.
The health
benefits of drinking water are so many, but we continue to ignore the truely miracle fluid that makes life flow on the water planet.
After I rid you of the false information that is looming around about our water, I hope to give you the
view point that will allow you to make your own choices about your drinking water and to know with confidence
yourself, how much water you need to drink.
Fact No.1 Every single body on this planet is a completely individual and unique body. Our bodies are not
exact blue prints, despite the goals of some mad scientists, and the needs for hydration are as different
as our bodies are different.
False "Fact" No.1. "You need to drink eight glasses of water per day!" To what "standard" sized body this
is referrig to is as impossible as the fact that all bodies are not the same.
Fact No.2 Our bodies need extreme different levels of hydration all depending on environmental conditions.
These type of conditions refer to such changes as temperature, activity, eating habits, humidity, work type
and a trillion other things that are different in all of our lives. Day in, day out. You need as much water
as you need at any moment of the day.
False "Fact" No.2 Sports Drinks offer the best form of hydration that you can get. Slogans like, "Energise Now!"
and "Powe Thirst of the Massive High!" and other marketing buttons are all aimed at just one thing. Sales,
sales and more sales. The vast majority of "Sports Drinks" are highly acidic and contain sugar and other
artificial additives that leave you feeling like a hungover blob the next day.
Fact No.3 and the final water fact for this report. Water is not water. It varies so much from location
to location, tap to tap and bottle to bottle, that you really do not know what it is that you are drinking.
Our clear magical liquid can carry an infinite amount of micro particles and organism that without full
water testing it would be impossible to know what it is that you are drinking. The Saving Grace is that
it is very easy to ensure a god source of water where ever you are in the world with very little
resource.
To fully understand drinking enough water facts it is vital to get the concept of what water is and what
life characteristic it is that is being carried to you by this amazing life giving fluid. In fact there is
not a living thing on this planet that does not have water as its hydration foundation.
Water is the liquid of life. Through water we are able to receive all the nutrients necessary for our
body's survival. Water is the transporation and transference medium for the life functioning quality
that is our body. Through this fluid can be carried oxygen and the vital electrical impulses that drive
our body when we give it the command to move. If our body is in a state of dyhydration, then it become
harder and harder for us to drive the body and make it do what we which to. Getting out of bed in the
morning is one of the cronic signals of dehydration that we receive.
When you are drinking he correct source of water, you know that you are being hydrated and that you are
drinking the right thing. The first sign of this is that you will feel better. You will feel more yourself
and you will have less attension on your body and more attention on life.
Secondly, when you are drinking the correct source of water, how do I know how much to drink. Well! Drink
until you are not thirsty any more. You really do not need a "Scientific Chart" to tell you how much water
you need to drink. You yourself are a perfectly designed machine with a built in knowingness of how much
you need to drink. If you feel like more, drink more. If you feel that you have had enough to drink,
then don't drink any more till you feel like it again.
So back to your water source. How do I ensure that the source of water that I am drinking is the correct
source for healthy hydration?
Warmly, Mike King.
