Distilled Water! Is purely what we need?

Distilled water is the original "purest" form of water available. The water is boiled and the steam rises up in its pure form breaking free from any impurities that it may have been carrying. What occurs though is a build up of yellow type residue left behind on the distilling apparatus which would continually have to be cleaned.

Our Drinking Water

This is where Double Distilling was introduced to form the purest of pure water. With the second distiller starting with an already very clean source of water. In all such cases of water distillation and water purification methods, the water will only be as clean as the aparatus and containers that it is housed in.

Water distilled like this has many uses ranging from industrial to medical and of course drinking. As technology has developed, combinations of the various methods of distilling and purifying water have been combined to form the purest sources of water available. With water so clean in that any impurity traces can be measured in Parts per Billion, ppb, or Parts per Trillion, ppt. That's pretty fine with a Trillion being 1,000,000,000,000.

You can imagine in open heart surgury or vital brain operations, the purity of any water combined to make saline solutions or such must be amazingly pure to avoid post operation infection. But this also applies to industry in many areas as well. The application of window tinting film requires distilled water as being exposed to sunlight on a continual basis, any impurities of minerals in the water can start to oxidise and cause the tinting film to delaminate of peel away. The use of distilled water prevents this from occuring or reduses this to a great degree.

Car batteries are another example of the necessity of distilled pure water. Fill your battery with plain old tap water and the life of your battery could be redused to half. Or even less.

Ok! All great and very interesting, but what about drinking distilled water? What are the benefits if drinking water that has been distilled?

In the following articles I will be taking you through a health journey and enlightening you on the benefits of a correctly structured source of drinking water. Water that has been distilled is fine to drink and will not do a thing to harm you. In fact it will do nothing more that to clean and cool your body. This is beneficial. But what about the essential minerals and trace elements that are only carried by water the micro level and can only be digested by our internal system at this level?

Our Drinking Water

Distilled water does not provide your body with these essential minerals and trace elements vital to the internal health and function of our bodies. You may have heard about these things call Electrolytes. Yeh! Well these are just the minerals that are internally vital to our bodies communication system. Without them, the electical messages have trouble travelling through our internal communication channels and we just feel sort of sluggish. We are in fact dehydrated.

Please don't mistake distilled water as the pure drinking source needed by man to function actively and healthily. A correcty structured source of mineral water is what he needs.

The ultimate Drinking Water!
