Dehydration!

Our Drinking Water and dehydration go completely hand in hand with one another. Drinking water does not mean hydration.

Our Drinking Water

Our water has a unique quality that has been in many cases called the universal solvent. For all of us that know communication is the universal solvent, when it comes to drinks and all of these other water solutions, I know that this description will suffice.

Water does not equal hydration in its pure form. Pure water carries with it no benefit other than to cool and cleans the body. Our drinking water has such a vast and greater purpose for our bodies and our well being.

Water has the incredible quality of being able to combine with and carry an incredible amount of other substances with it. long with dehydration come defficiency in these essential minerals and trace elements that our body needs to function correctly. Calcium, magnesium and many others are absorbed into our bodies in the form of what we call electrolytes.

Electrolytes are the vital carrier particles within our body that allows the communication system to work efficiently. This is the true meaning of dehydration. When we starve ourselves of water and fluids, our body becomes defficient of these vital electrolytes and more and more the body and mind go out of communication.

I am sure that you have all felt a little psychotic on a hot summer's day when you have gotten a little over heated and weren't able to keep the fluids up to you body in enough quantity. Or perhaps a sloshing belly full of tap water. The key this is correct hydration.

It is vital to hydrate your body correctly and keep it hydrated throughout the day. Summer, Autumn, Winter and Spring, you always need to keep up the fluids. And the correct fluids to that point.

To ensure that you are staying on top of this, the proper source of water is vital. Water is more vital than other energy drinks and other sports drinks on the market. Firstly you body needs the cleansing qualities of water and secondly the vital minerals and trace elements that water carries along with it. You are taking your chances if tap water is your source.

To guarantee your water source you need to take a few precautional steps. These are to first ensure high quality filtration. Then correct restructuring to ensure the correct balance of essential minerals and trace elements. This will also bring your water to the correct pH level that is required for the healthiest level of absorption by your body.

This is alkaline. Acid water and drinks mean a disease environment for your body. Alkaline means good health. With the correct filtration and restructuring the pH of your water will come around to about a level of 9 on the pH Scale. Then your internal organs are easily able to absord these essential electrolytes and keep the internal communication lines of your body working beautifully.

Sports drinks like Red Bull, V, Powerade, Soda, Gatorade, even Lipton Ice Tea and the vast majority or commercial shelf drinks are highly acidic and are not doing you any good at all other than taisting good and feeling cool as you guzzle it down. It is the fast way to abusing your body and leaves you little wonder why you are unable to sleep after a heavy workout or a game on the sports field. Not to say what is happening with your internal muscle structure as it is trying to regenerate after heavy excercise.

Hot weather of cold, it is this key to correct hydration that will bring you optimum health and body function.
